Jak napisać monografię o krytycznym realizmie w ekonomii

W numerze 2, tomu 32 z marca 2008 r. Cambridge Journal of Economics Duncan Hodge opublikował artykuł pt. Economics, realism and reality: a comparison of Mäki and Lawson. Hodge pisze: „It is probably no exaggeration to say that, by the 1990s, the debates that had dominated the methodology of economics were beginning to flag. Diminishing returns had set in to the further allocation of intellectual resources to arguments about the applicability of the ideas of Popper, Lakatos and Kuhn to economics (with logical positivism the ritual whipping boy in such debates). The philosophy of economics sought a fresh approach (...). The philosophy of scientific realism is one such approach, and the aim of this paper is to compare and contrast the positions of two of the main exponents of realism in economics, Uskali Mäki and Tony Lawson” (s. 2). Artykuł jest świetny i może posłużyć za punkt wyjścia do studiów nad mało znanym w Polsce obszarem filozofii ekonomii i metodologii ekonomii, nazywanym krytycznym realizmem (ang. critical realism in economics).
